Amy, who brings over two decades of expertise in claims adjusting, is a seasoned professional with a stellar track record specializing in complex first- and third-party claims, including inland marine, property damage, and general commercial liability.

With a career spanning more than 20 years, Amy Pinkerton is widely recognized for her outstanding contributions to the field of claims adjusting. Her skills and dedication have earned her several awards and accolades, cementing her reputation as a top-tier adjuster. Her areas of expertise encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including research, investigations, litigation, high-exposure loss management, conflict resolution, and risk controls.

Prior to joining Adjusteck, Amy held a pivotal role at L&A as an All Lines Inland Marine Adjuster. In this role, she provided prompt, fair, and effective inland marine claims service for insureds and claimants, with a specific focus on legal liability inland marine lines such as motor truck cargo, contingent cargo, logistics, warehouse, and riggers legal liability.

Amy Pinkerton’s background also includes leadership roles in various industries, where she demonstrated her expertise in steering operations for productivity and efficiency, team performance, resource allocation, risk management, client servicing, and driving bottom-line sales and profits. Her ability to effectively communicate, consult, present, and manage relationships with stakeholders is a valuable asset to Adjusteck.

At Adjusteck, Amy will collaborate with expert witnesses, attorneys, public adjusters, and carrier’s examiners as needed to conduct investigations, confirm findings, and support evaluations. Her broad skill set and extensive experience make her a valuable addition to the Adjusteck team.
